Marc Lindsey has served as the Copyright Specialist at Washington State University since 1999. He is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and was an intellectual property lawyer before returning to academia.

site for a national audience, that focuses on
copyright law in the higher education environment, also
the subject of his book, Copyright Law on
Campus, WSU Press, 2003. He is a
highly knowledgeable resource to faculty, staff, and
students, specializing in "fair use" and electronic file
sharing.
Mr. Lindsey is a noted seminar speaker, a member of the
WSU College of Business, and serves on the Copyright
Committee of the Association of American University
Presses.
