Campus distribution lists access names
from the University Directory. Refer to BPPM 10.07
for additional information on employee directory
listings. Departments may select a variety of data
combinations within each category, such as faculty
teaching appointments or administrative professional
appointments only.
Additional choices include list extraction by gender or
individual college appointments, i.e. distribution to all
male or female faculty appointments in the College of
Business, or all male or female civil service employees
in the College of Nursing. Contact Addressing
Services for more information.
Faculty - includes teaching, research, extension, library, student affairs, administrative professional and courtesy appointments
Civil Service - all permanent appointments
Graduate Students - must be salaried (refer to BPPM 10.07)
